MGToolbox provides free browser-based utilities for working with images, text, developer data, and media. All processing happens on your own device unless a tool explicitly states otherwise.

The service is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any tool.

You agree to use the tools only for lawful purposes and only with content you have the right to use. You must not use the tools to infringe copyright, circumvent technological protection measures, or violate the terms of any third-party platform.

You may not attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the site’s infrastructure, or use automated systems to access the site in a way that degrades service for others.

The site design, branding, and original text are the property of MGToolbox. Content you process with the tools remains yours — we never receive or claim rights over it, because it never reaches our servers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MGToolbox and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the site. You are responsible for keeping backups of any files before processing them.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
